Returns & Reflection Period
We understand that you may sometimes want to return an order, for example, because the product doesn't meet your expectations. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. For more information about your rights, please consult our page on the right of withdrawal.
After canceling the agreement, you have another 30 days to return the products. You will then receive a full refund, including any shipping costs for the outward journey. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are usually around €7.25 per package, but to be sure, check the carrier's website for current rates.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging, along with all accessories, if reasonably possible. Before returning the product, please email us at info@groots.store to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once we receive the product in good order, we will refund the amount due within 14 days.
If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to assess it, you may be charged for a reduction in value. Please handle the product with care so we can refund you the full amount.

Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you order before 3:00 PM on a business day, we usually ship your package the same day. If a product is out of stock, the delivery time may be slightly longer.

Your order will be shipped via PostNL, DPD, or DHL. In most cases, the package will be delivered on the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
